Stage 1 - free consultation.

1. The free initial consultation is in your own home. We will discuss your requirements, your budget, and any preliminary ideas you might have. You’ll get a chance to see my portfolio and ask any questions.
2. There will be a design fee of £550 per room (inc VAT). This may be adjusted slightly if there is more than one room or long travelling times etc.

Stage 2 - further planing.

1. If you are happy to proceed, I will send you a Contract together with standard Terms and Conditions of payment. At this stage, you will be required to sign the Contract and pay a deposit (50% of the design fee) and an advance payment on goods to be supplied - (once goods agreed, staged payments will be taken) see contract and terms and conditions.
2. I will then come and see you to complete a site survey, take lots of photos and discuss ideas further. (Don’t worry if you have no ideas at all – that’s what I’m here for!)
3. I will then put my creative talents to work to come up with:
• A Mood/Sample Board showing how the colours, fabrics and furnishings I have selected work together.
• A layout plan for the room.
4. Elevations to show how the scheme works in your room.
5. Each design is individually tailored to match your personality and lifestyle but if there’s any aspect you aren’t happy with we can talk it through and if necessary decide upon alternatives.

1. All goods required will be sourced and supplied by me.
2. If you would like me to provide trade estimates these are charged separately or you can provide your own tradesmen.
3. Once the work is completed, you will receive your final account.
4. Sit back and enjoy the room of your dreams.
